Personnel Office

The Personnel Office provides personnel and human resource management services for all academic departments and administrative units within the university. The office is in charge of guidance on human resource planning, recruitment and selection, performance evaluation, reward and punishment, conditions of employment, employee development, employee relations and the computerization of personnel data. It also enforces compliance with employment law and provides advice on questions related to staff retirement, pensions, insurance, and welfare.

Organization

The department has one director and four staff members to comprehensively manage the personnel business of the school and promote administrative services. With a sound organization and a high-quality service team, the school aims to achieve effective goals.

Development Goals

A. Positively construct a fair personnel system and regulations.

Review the current personnel system for appropriateness.

Revise the regulations which fail to keep up with the current state.

 

B. Intensive teacher professional enhances teaching and research ability

Encourage outstanding talents at home and abroad to enrich the faculty members.

Reward teachers' application of their results in the industry-academia research to teaching.

Implement teacher assessment to improve the performance of teaching and research services.

Encourage multiple approaches to enhance the quality of teaching.

 

C. Enhance the quality of service for executives.

Strengthen work knowledge to improve service quality.

Innovative work processes improve administrative effectiveness.

Implement the work management examination to strengthen the operation audit.
